Well, this is silly. You are telling me what I stated...conveniently leaving out the key words "past" and "future". Then, you quote me accurately but interpret the statement in a different context WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT??? I quoted your sentence EXACTLY; I left nothing out: "The memory of the past and speculation on future are mere illusions " This was your remark, and it was what I questioned and what I responded to. If you are now saying it is not what you meant, then fine. Somehow I am not surprised that you have wasted my time.
