Zeev - sorry it's hard to adjust from Yahoo to SI back again (posting techs & correct responding <g>),

I really would appreciate your opinion on two of the strongest FO stocks I've been watching. The first is DITC. They are near book value ($9) and they don't have any goodwill on it. Yesterday they announced a new mesh architecture centered approach to networking (like SCMR - as I see it) - a fullly scalable approach - carrier class: biz.yahoo.com. What I do not like is their gap down yesterday. However it has not touched its low (Jan - 9th @$6.50) again. What would you make of such a pattern. Where would you buy DITC ?? It is coming from a high of $124 last year and short open interest is 9%.
The other stock I like fundamentally is AFOP. Apart from JDSU they are the only company I do know of that has announced 50GHZ thin film filters for DWDM. Many are working on this. They have a book value around $4.50 advanced nearly $1 to $8.50 today. Their low was at book value ($4.50) by Dec 22nd.. To me the chart looks inconclusive and I see a sideways trading band.

best wishes
