Nope, that's just greedy - but non-ideological. Corruption is imperfect and hence obviously non-capitalist (<g>).
If you sell cars above cost - if you make a profit from the monopoly, then maybe it counts as impure capitalism.
If I invest in your monopoly, and take profits from it without working for it myself, that's pure capitalism. <vbg>
It's also less traceable...

(I really doubt that most of the profit from the Belgian Congo went to the poor b*ggers that fought and died there...)
