We have the death penalty in Texas, and I am very happy with it.

It costs the state alot more to kill someone legally than to house them for life.
Numerous errors have been discovered in recent years due to advances in biochemistry.
Execution has never been shown to be a real deterrent to crime.
Defendants in capital crimes frequently get the worst defense that(no) money can buy.
The Supreme Court has made numerous rulings in the past decade that are such twisted attempts to continue the justification for the death penalty that the legal rights of all citizens are in increasing jeopardy.

And you're happy with that?

Secular, you said, "We have the death penalty in Texas, and I am very happy with it."

You're contradicting yourself again, How can you be happy with the death penalty in Texas. Not all murderer's are put to death and death is administered in a very gentle way... in your vindictive mind how can this be justice? In your earlier notes you seemed to want vindication for the victim....you wanted retribution....have you lost your guts?
You are conflicted....
