Chambers indicated CSCO may buy back some shares (I think to cover what is issue in options). Again why don't they wait till the stock gets back to trading @ historical range. Just goes to show even good managers can make the mistake of managing the stock price versus managing the business. I guess things are worse than we thought @ csco.

Last year TYC invested in a company FBCE @ $6 and some change to insure fiber cable for their operations. Stocks now around $3. Just mentioning since I've seen so much talk on optics lately.

Speaking of SCMR I would think the insider selling is up by now.
