One more thing on the Naz bottom and Semi's. I'm harping on the semi's because

1) They appear to have the best PE's, but may not be the best value.

2) They are a leading indicator of any Nasdaq bottom and a very important group. Once they turn there is usually no looking back. Much more realiable then many of the other tech sectors. If they have truely bottomed then we may very well be closer than I thought. However, we're still getting major earnings warnings from some in the group. I've listed my other reasons why I'm suspicious as well. Cramer will be listing the rest of his soon.

I noticed some comments on PHTN. I don't plan on shorting any semi's here regardless of where I think the bottoms is. I won't short anything at Nasdaq 2000. I'd rather wait on the sidelines. Second, my targets by no means factor in any company specific advantages etc, just trying to show that those target may be possible.
