Are you out of your mind? AID's in Africa is rampant among the entire population....it is heterosexual. What kind of behaviour change would you recommend there other than prophylactics. Many of those poor schmucks think having sex with a virgin will cure their AID's. The vaccine described would benefit the area of the world that needs it most. I'm not out of my mind. The article clearly stated in Sub-Saharan Africa it would be effective. Fine. That does not preclude better behavior (prophylactics or schmuch-decreasing education) being necessary. It simply warns not to ignore the Catch-22 (Murphy's Law) mentioned and my own favorite, risk homeostasis.
