options don't exist anymore do they? is that really an element other than wishful thinking for those who's options didn't make them rich, and happieness for those who became rich (in the nick of time)....and if real compensation takes the place of the paper, isn't that offset by the movement of the newly fired to places that now make up what were shortages... that was the idea it seemed.

why trigger a big spending splurge when you have enough, per the case, spending to maintain an industry until it innovates in time the next level... after all, daily we hear the first level hasn't filled yet in anything near a universal manner... and then what is tech in this case?

not all, but parts.... in time a series of bottoms following bottoms vs. general all out disaster.... stock picker's challenge...?

anyway... i didn't come up with this stuff. they did.
