Well, cooking wasn't one of them tonight...thought I'd make a good dinner...even cooked it a bit longer than necessary...but the potatoes and onions never did get really done...the chicken did, and nearly fell off the bone. BUT the bread pudding, with french bread, butter, cream, milk, eggs, and I added cinnimon and 2 MacIntosh apples...cooked beautiful...He doesn't like bread pudding particularly, and I noticed he ate 2 bowls... Some days are like that! Edit: Nice 404 grub on birds...(had to stay on topic...hehehe) Nite!
