Hi tony, you could be half right that inventory may not be the issue. I suspect telecom carriers are willing to wait for better performing gears coming out in the market, leaving those oversupplied underperforming gears stuck in stock, which causes the inventory buildup. It is really hard to know what the real picture is... But I think one should not compare Dollar with Yen and say we are heading to that direction.... that's completely nonsense.

i think more accurately the issue being raised is not inventory per se in the traditional sense, but the issue of capacity.... capacity has a set of costs whether it creates something or not... and their thesis includes shifts here and offsets...
