It was really uneven and although they did their best I think they have a way to go. I told them to think like marines and they jumped in to go swimming. It's a little cold for that so I think I better wait for better weather to drill them. The unfortunate thing is that I was a platoon leader in basic training and never had to learn how to march with the platoon. That doesn't work here cause the dog wants my spot. We'll keep working on it. Ed
