Hi John,

No, it's not a question of "dropping it off" post perf. They simply can't get a tubing conveyed gun to the zone to be perfed.

The planted drill pipe is located at the top of the 4-1/2" liner. They have to "thread" a wireline conveyed gun through the planted drill pipe, dropping it down into the 4-1/2" liner to perf the 50 foot 2nd Carneros objective.
