RDRT: Two reasons to my opinion (and that is all it is) FA wise, while RDRT has improved and managed a surprise last Q in their earnings some of "profit" was from recognizing reduction of debt (convertible buyback) as going to the bottom line. Their rev's were up, but not enough that it should have produced a .02 to .11 cent result. Also, were you aware that even with part of the convertibles gone that the present debt is converting at over 24 shares for each share held? I would not be surprised to see the outstanding increased considerably by the next report. On the subject of outstanding. RDRT wants to increase the outstanding by 40mm shares to 200mm by end of this fiscal year.

TA wise...The price has broken the 50dMA while the 10dMA is continuely moving toward the 50dMA. Long term STOCH's are confirming the downtrend (long term) as well as RSI...Money flow has been negative for over 20 days now. I know the price has been very volatile...bouncing as low as under 7 to as high as 9.50, but the overall trend has been weaking for some time now.
