Hey Unq I'm not familiar with these report card things.

How can an analyst have a rank of eight for stock picking (all I really care about) and then achieve an overall rank of one.

Knowing this will surely help me explain stuff about my own performance to my boss and help him understand why I deserve a top-notch bonus even when my performance isn't so hot.
