Good morning Scott

Thanks for your reply. I agree with your view on
storage and I'd love to be able to add some to my
long term holdings. I wonder if I shouldn't trade
some of my JDSU for EMC. Hmmmmmm, there's a thought.

Margin - never touch the stuff. Did once. Gave me
heartburn and I'm still paying for it, but I'm off
the margin. LOL, I sound like a rehabilitated
junkie or something.

Have a happy happy,
rose

Scott, do you have an opinion on 360 networks.

The following is part of an article that was in the Vancouver Sun recently:

"It's interesting to see how heavily B.C. companies have taken to playing "the Microsoft card" as they seek to make themselves look more established and "blue chip" in the wake of the technology stock market implosion. Probably the best example of this trend lies in the story of 360networks, a company that used to be called World Wide Fiber and which started as a division of Vancouver's Ledcor Industries.

Greg Maffei, president and chief executive officer of 360networks, was Microsoft's chief financial officer and left the Redmond, Washington-based software giant early last year to take up his new post. He helped the company change its name, spin out of Ledcor and into an initial public offering and subsequent financing that gave 360networks access to about $4.8 billion. He also brought other technology and media "heavy hitters" to the 360networks board and advisory board.

Board members include John Malone (cable television industry giant and head of U.S.-based Liberty Media Corporation), Claude Mongeau (senior vice-president and chief financial officer with CN) and Gene Sykes (a managing director of Goldman, Sachs & Co.).

Meanwhile, the company's advisory board has media magnate Rupert Murdoch, Dell Computer Corporation CEO and founder Michael Dell, former Microsoft chief technology officer Nathan Myhrvold and Canada's own Terry Matthews (founder of Newbridge Networks and currently CEO of March Networks Corporation)."

There are some pretty impressive names involved with this start up.

I'd be interested in your comments.
