Where do I go to do research on this? This bulletin board, that's chock full of misquotes, mis-statements and exaggerations?

The November newsletter says buy in the low to mid seventies. Very consistent with the recommendation in the subscriber bulletin which was based on the Oct 16 close of 75. End of research.
