Hi JD! You own stocks since '66 Man... you are old!! hehehehe, yes I think I do need to review more on the history of the market, this is the first bear market i've ever experienced, played it quite well :-)... but right now, I'm more short term orientated and forward looking... Insider selling is still accelerating, and yet I still see more buying than selling most days on the Ameritrade index. It's quite simple, it's about the knowledge of common investors. All of them know how to go long, then some of them know how to short, even less amount of them know how to use options, etc.. the list goes on. As Wayne said, there are a lot of people leaving money on the table, and we take them... but I'm one of those people leaving money on the table because I'm not good at options :-( Bernard
