Bob : The non-payment was an intended consequence of the non-delivery of the mail. In fact, the 'workers' are striking for more pay and less work.

Rather than a Marxist ideal, it was actually a motive much closer to home -- 'black mail'. (All puns intended!) I'm sure the postal workers felt that the non-delivery of checks in the mail would bring business to its knees. So, far it hasn't. Why? The ANC has already achieved that!!!
