Penni, don't take tomorrow as gospel. I had to be up now in the middle of the nite for "business" and prior to going to bed the FIRST time, the Nikkei was very much to the upside. Currently it's only +23. Same with the French market... initially very positive. Now negative. Let the waves roll. We're in a very volatile time and the am numbers could easily be shaken throughout the day. Companies really are struggling, so I'm not so sure that things will "correct" too quickly. Bounces will come and go, but we haven't seen "the bottom" in my opinion, or if we have, we haven't bounced off it and bloodied the knees enough. Good luck and hold your breath, but be patient. Don't fold after one day.

I'll probably take my lumps tomorrow -hopefully not bad ones- as I don't like holding overnight.

Or you will be hailed as a savvy contrarian player, by the looks of the futures this a.m. :-)

Penni, looks like the futures are vindicating your position this AM... Congratulations. I still believe we are oversold and that a positive catalyst would reverse the black mood(at least in the short run). But I have been around long enough to know that the market is not always predictable.

Good luck.
