larry, I can't argue too strongly with you that CSCO may go to 14. A lot of people/analysts don't quite understand what is going on in the telco router market and the competition in general. European Markets are riled by Foot and Mouth Disease ( which does not affect humans ).[Some are confusing it with Mad Cow Disease which does affect humans but which is not a threat now ].
