the market goes up 69 points and everyone got excited. Not me I just trade with the flow and all cash eod. I have been trading like that for many months.

You need to wait about 4 days after a day like Monday to even consider buying and holding.

This reminds me of the April 10-14 week last year where the Nasdaq dropped 25% for the week. Friday was the worst drop.
