Les, I think they should have left Fisher in NY if they wanted the PPT to work "right" from the Whit House, I am not sure he can be as effective, more difficult to provide "plausible deniability" (rigging the market is supposed to be illegal). Any one knows who replaced Fisher at the trading desk of the NY Feds? Do we know what caliber of a person he is? Can he orchestrate the stealth rigging of the market? Zeev
