Sharck you seem experienced in the Japanese markets. I was just speaking to a friend in the financial business and he was telling me that Japans banks have to mark to market at the end of the month if the Nekkei is below 12,000. Right now as he explained if they have an investment in CSCO at say 85 that is what they show on their books as its value, vs. banks in the US which mark to market at the end of each month. If they mark to market as he says many insolvencies should happen. He further went on to say if the Nekkei closes below 10,000 they have to mark at a discount. Got any experience in this area?
