I dunno....but the realization that many Japanese banks are on the brink....well, that seems like some scary stuff....

I mean, the world (and markets) got worried when Russia's financial system was on the verge of collapse (August 1998)....how big was the exposure there? Little in comparison to Japan...

I would have thought there would have been more pause this morning....either the market is underestimating the extent of Japanese problems (and the potential effects on the markets), or I am overestimating them...(don't know which)..
