10:24 ET Cisco Systems (CSCO) 20 15/16 -7/16: -- Update -- CNBC reports that the company is now retracting their statement denying reports that Chambers hinted at a share repurchase. In fact, Chambers did mention a repurchase program at the conference and Cisco is apologizing for denying it.

amazing, these big companies can even get everyone in line on something as big as the above.

<, but these companies are run by real people, who's dreams have been smashed, so please lets not rub it in. >

Wowa, look there are a lot of great companies in NASD of course, I've been buying a bunch of names you like over the last couple of days NTAP, VRTS, EMC, QCOM, etc. etc... but give me a break on smashed dreams, investments are made for a many year time frame, indeed 10 is a good number. Anyone who could get dreams smashed by a bad year probably needed that lesson <NG.>

The good companies will be around, and owners be very happy over the years.

As for "NASCRAP", it's just "trader speak".
