Thanks Ally, always appreciate your well thought out posts.

Overall I agreed with your post, except for one small point. Not sure that the bank loan issue has to be resolved before the stock will move considerably higher.

Given the improving financial outlook for the company I think that most will assume/expect that the company will be in a good position to negotiate a new arrangement with either the existing bankers or a new one(s).

I think we can expect to see the stock approach at least $5 in the near term (likely weeks, possibly months).

There is no hope of a Sale for this Co.. Two years ago, I pointed out buying second hand software from near junk Cos. and trying to face lift software is a very bad buisness plan. I have been proven right.

The only thing left for the Co. is to sell a 50% stake. to an Asian service Co. who do out source work. Then lay off all the Dollar paid staff. The Asian buyer may be able to turn the Comapny around and develop new products.

You will continue to see more writeoffs till there is nothing left.
