Velo, I've heard that Owens is a great school. I looked into going to Chappell Hill, but ended up staying here at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. I am a single parent and she is doing quite well at the local HS. My Bachelors focus was on International Bus. after a poke at Engineering. UAF has an adequate program, nothing like is offered at Owen or the Hill. UAF does have a Student Investment Fund that has pulled some good returns in past. I was the Pres. in Spring 98' and pushed to get some PR. Since then they have been ducking as the market crashed, but still got some local and national coverage. Also the PR brought back some money from our idiot Legislators. Now they're talking cuts again. They can't see past the edge of their Cappuccino cup. Started trading summer of 98'. Last year I screwed up and took a year off of school and worked in the Brooks Range on some bridges. Left a little margin in the account, well that's the only thing that stayed static. Anyway I was asked to enter the MBA program and thought that it would be a good way to get out of construction. Though things look grim. Ward
