3G target is urban areas. Once this center start get congested. Some sort of 4G will have to take over from there and 3G will be used in the fringes of the network. Another thing: All this talk about delays is self-serving. If someone talk about delay: Ask if this is not because this company cannot be part of it in the near future. Say if a company has no terminals for 2002. This very company will say: "3G will bbe delayed it will happen only in 2003." If an operator has no money: "3G will happen only in 2003 and 2004" Take this talk about delays with a grain of salt.
