Geez, it has been a strange March, hasn't it? Fortunately, today we are up to 56 degrees, things are looking up.....The first time I visited my in- laws in Kansas City was the winter of the Siberian Express. The first week, it was about 14 below zero with terrible windchill. The last few days, it was 10 above, and I felt as if spring had broken out! When I got home, it was 25 degrees, and I kept leaving the house with my jacket unzipped. I took me two weeks to adjust, and realize it was cold "in my bones"........
