Precisely. How much % has everyone's energy bill risen this winter? More than their gasoline bill affected them is my guess. People will slow their driving habits down, but probably can't impact their heat/electric bill as much. Industrial energy costs will be worth watching this year. When Industrial companies can shut down and make more money than while in production, there are some strong underlying currents out there.
