Thank you all for your help. Doing some trouble shooting with the tech support now and I think we may have discovered the source of the problem. I think I mentioned I have cable as a back up, but DSL is my main internet connection as it is faster here. However, I installed the cable ethernet card and drivers and not the ethernet card and drivers from the DSL. Though they appear to be compatible, the tech support suggests switching as it is likely this is slowing me down. Now all I got to do is find it !!!! Back later, again thanks all.
