OT *** wind I windsurfed up at Coyote Pt yesterday and the wind was good fun, perhaps 15-20 knots with some lulls between 2:30 and 5PM. No fog today kauai.nrlmry.navy.mil so I do not expect a repeat. cool chart sfports.wr.usgs.gov

I'm not too fond of red carpets, though I know they are meant to be welcoming. At least my basic semi-equip Yahoo watchlist was about 1/3 in the green today, versus about 24% advancers in the market overall. The strength that this sector has displayed since December is pretty surprising, though I don't quite trust its durability. Nevertheless, I think the strong balance sheets may cushion the blow from disturbances to the income statement, lending the sector decent relative strength.
