We are all clustered around similar numbers. At the Lehman conference, Dr. Bell said $360m cash, 19m c/s out.

Peter: Thanks for the maturity date correction, I had been looking at first redemption right date (03) and for any early put dates (none that I can see other than EoD) but I don't have the indenture. Might be an option to go into the open market and retire some of it early--last I looked at was at about 65% of face.

I used the 18.1 million listed in Market Guide since I had not looked at the Company's press release.

The company's press release listed less than 17 million shares in their calculations.
