yep, huge cuts and yet magically intel is spending the same. Maybe Intel found a new to generate profit that is reduction in spending would be still be carried as spending but would be offset in profit column :-)).
AN how about Taiwan storage mess - if I recall it correctly Intel planned to build a storage facility in T. to keep chips so they could be delivered faster to OEMs. Canceled because OEMs are in no rush to get intel chips.
