Any target is achievable. I know that. I could say Naz 100 and make a case for it. And current levels are hardly shockingly low. Anyone paying attention knows that, and knew it a year ago. The dumb ones are the ones who are shocked and those who thought it could go on forever. But I won't time it. I prefer to wait. I'll buy ORCL at 5, should it get there. The steps that have been taken have been good and useful. It's tough to deal with psychological dilemmas. Even early in a bubble. The next step here is to get the tax cuts in place and another 1/2 - 3/4 off the interest rates. I'm confident that, while the NAZ can continue to fall, it won't fall forever. And it will come back.
