I would have figured the number would be higher too. If it is true though, man, you know what that could spell out, right?

Only 35% said they have bought during this down turn. I bet the number is much higher than that; depends on what they term recent I suppose.

"Oh this week's down turn, nope haven't bought since last week's down turn."
