Nobody asked me but sometimes there is a reason that the analysts don't share the same enthusiasm as we do for some of the picks we make. In the case of Tesco, while it has some wonderful technology in play, so what? The casing drilling technology that they have does not have any decided economic advantage in the shallow wells, and it remains to be seen if they have overcome the ongoing problems in the deeper applications. Maybe they have but its my guess that there will be further complications. It has been a long time coming and from my perch I think it will be a little while longer before it adds to the bottom line in any meaningful way.
The top drive business is booming for them and who knows what else they are cooking up in the lab but in the meantime I need to see more than talk before I buy into the glory of it all. JMHO

Regards
