Wow that would be really wild. I can't accept that that is true.


I'm not suggesting anything untoward. What I'm saying is that Chambers is involved in politics, and knows how to play it. He may feel that by visibly and vociferously understating CSCO's performance, he helps to insure rate cuts or tax cuts, which are good for CSCO long-term.
