Ron: "Let's clarify this. It is white women are using this not white men. " Perhaps I need to clarify my comments. I am not disputing anything in your comments. Let me explain it this way: I have a good friend who does a lot of Civil Rights and employment law litigation. He tells me that it is extremely win a verdict in court if you are black, primarily because the juries in our area are likely to be predominanatly white. He prefers white male or female plantiffs because it is easier to win their cases and the verdicts are better. I certainly agee with the rest of your post. Little joe
