There are 88 insider sales in Feb.2001. Both CEO and Chairman sold at near peak ($60) for $6M and $12M each respectively. Sometimes, we choose to hear what we want to hear. What you filter out is not my business. Sadly I didn't unload all my shares at $60 in Feb because the insider info isn't instantly available. I'm long NUFO now and have high hope for its future. But I'm disappointed at the management behavior. I'll sell into rally at a price that I'll happy with.

What evidence do you have that they knew they were making false statements on Jan 30th? Insider sales between Jan 30th and Mar 5th are not proof of anything. As I mentioned in my last note, if you look at the insider sales for the past year you'll see sales occuring throughout the year. Perhaps we should go back to last summer and sue any insider who sold above 100. why dont u go back and read andy's original post again before making such comments...he obviously is "close" to the situation either by proximity or by contacts...if the insiders know a slowdown is coming and they revise their rev/earnings upward to unload shares, is that ok with u?.
