If that is true (and we have seen things like that before that were overturned, or really did not happen) , than the b$$ is not a $150 stock and major adjustments down will be required. What was the timing of that decision, was this the cause for the decline to under $34 today? I fit was, my response would be, when the TA and FA do not jive...If that is a true decision and not a rumor, $33 would have given up, too many people that know what the story really is were willing to provide support just under $34.
