Good evening all, before retiring for the night i come across this rather distressing article about rmbs (i cannot seem to autheticate its origins), it is all over most of the chat groups...i doubt that i will sleep the evening...as a lawyer i know that if there is a ruling, it needs to be read in the context of the lawsuit and not with a knee jerk reaction...however, the masses tomorrow morning will not care unless the news is properly deseminated...and to think, i cautioned myself against buying the stock because of litigation issues...
