Tom:

A couple of brief questions based on your replies to Tim:

I just assumed 30% of sales are international just to keep consistent with Palm's historical trend

Do the sales numbers you have been posting for the Vx and VIIx for the Q (around 500,000 units of each) include your allowance for international sales, i.e. at 30% international, your model has US sales of each at around 350,000? Or are the 500,000 unit sales just the US numbers?

Direct sales are about 40% of total sales according to my projections.

Similar question - are these direct sales already in your 500,000 unit sales for the Q for the Vx and VIIx?

TIA.

David T.

Tom,
Thanks for taking the time to answer all those questions. Its good that you have confidence in your data.

I didn't mean to start a pile-on, but I think the thread is now sufficiently wary about the Mar 27 qtr report. I hope your data are close to correct.

Tim
