Neo, it is well known that what people think they saw or know is frequently wrong (as in eye-witness testimony). Many studies have shown that video tapes of staged crimes will almost always produce incorrect witness testimonies. You can be very certain about what you think you saw, but still be totally wrong. That is the danger of this self-referenced sense of certainty.
