Not yet. Aparently that was just a rumor. Based on pre-trial throwing out of a single item not even disclosed.

So we have to wait for the trial or a better explanation.

In retrospect that looks more like FUD than anything else.

I spent a bunch of time last year, going over the available material on this situation. I posted my conclusions which were not disimilar to those of the judge.
