Amy, Ten had made about a month ago (he articulated some good reasons for waiting a few more months). That kind of validates what AMDroids have been saying. In a few months, P4 will lose the Rambus albatross, the obsolete Socket, and may be in .13u process, and the raw MHz may overcome its architectural deficiencies, and may regain the performance crown for Intel. That's just another way of saying that the P4 currently available has these deficiencies, and basically is an ugly duckling. Joe
