What is Northwood? (only if it has been announced)...

I'm not Ten, but I can answer the question. Nothwood is the 0.13 micron version of the Pentium IV, just like Tualatin is the 0.13 micron version of the Pentium III... By moving to 0.13 micron on the Pentium IV, Intel will be able to increase speed and conserve precious silicon real-estate. I'm not sure whether or not the power consumption will drop drastically, but given it will be operating at a lower voltage, the power consumption should drop...
