Hi Aaron:

Please let me know if you or WSJ will publish any thing that we spoke about or mention my name, as I would like to keep the article.

It is amazing that during our conversation which was less than 1/2 an hour Wall Street was able to rally the market over 100 DJIA points, and the NDX went from 1715 to 1755.

Wen I spoke about collusion that it the best example - resulting in high volatility. That is not investing but gambling and that is the problem with the stock market - sharp moves for no real justification.

Trust in markets will be back only after the volatility will subside and the market will inch higher SLOWLY not several hundred DJIA points in one direction or another.

Search for my other post on LU around 1998 to spring of 1999. The stock then was above $60 and kept rising.

Sincerely Yours,

Haim Branisteanu,

Haim,
Just one last question: Did you do anything in the market today? Buy or sell anything?

Thanks,
Aaron Elstein
