I agree with you that this is a good time to buy if you do not need to use the money for a while. Tuesday will be the third rate cut by the FED and you simply can't keep getting these cuts without seeing some result soon. Some people say 3-4 months from the first cut before you see something. That means April sometime. Maybe late April, after everybody gets to hear the CCs, we start a long steady climb. Then later this year all the analysts will explain how they saw it all coming and told people to buy now.
