Larry, If true, this would be a bit more than 5% of the float...and with the total volume of the two days since you posted being 139,800 shares traded.... Hhmm, and with .875 being approx the 16dma/close... One would have to figure they would need to snag up 4mm shares <20%> in order for themselves to bring this back up to the naz minimum of 1.00 rule. Just my thoughts.... jim ps...I have an alert set to re-look at this again when it hits 25/32...<should it continue its short term downtrending.
